This facility is spotless. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Upon entering the building we were offered a coffee or bottled water, which was much appreciated. I was impressed with the wide ground unloading entrance doors and a multitude of wheeled dolly carts available to use. Upon returning home I received an e-mail that I did not properly secure my lock on the door. This meant anyone could open it. I was now at home in Abbotsford B.C. and my chances of going back to the locker right away, was impossible. Therefore with my permission they cut my lock and installed one of their spare locks for me. Which I sincerely appreciate. All said, it was a very pleasant experience using their extremely clean storage facilities. I would give a 5+.
