Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. When I rented this storage unit, I clearly confirmed that I would be coming the same night to move my belongings in. I was told I would have access from 5 AM to 10 PM and was given an access code. However, when I arrived at night with a fully loaded car and a moving service, the access code did not work at all. I was completely locked out. I called the support number, and the response was unacceptable. They said they are only there for “emergencies like fire” and can submit a request for someone to contact me the next day. That is not helpful at all. If there is a fire, we can call 911 ourselves — what is the point of this support line if they cannot assist with urgent access issues? Because of this, I was stuck with extra costs from the moving service and a lot of unnecessary stress. Access hours were not honored, and support was completely useless. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning. My car is completely full of belongings, and the moving truck also has to stay loaded and parked on the street overnight. On top of that, I have to miss work tomorrow just to deal with an issue that should have been prevented. This situation is completely unacceptable

I DO NOT recommend this storage unit to anyone. I rented a 4x5 unit and eevn though initially it was reasonable they kept on increasing the rent. What started from $150+tax/month went to $182/month in the name of insurance. Then they had the audacity to increase the rent ONCE AGAIN. At that point I had to remove all my stuff from their stirage facility. BAD EXPERIENCE with them.

We needed some storage space while selling our apartment. Their lockers were clean and secure. As a first time storage user, the clear yet generous rules and professional staff were more than helpful.
