Extremely expensive. (Almost double the price of other local storage facilities). Rude staff. Sprinkler leaked on my furniture and no call back or care regarding my complaint.

Used storage locker for about 8 months, always clean, easily accessible and well lit and maintained. I would definitely use again.

I recently had storage with North Vancouver Maple Leaf Storage, and I couldn't have been happier with their service. The staff was always friendly and eager to help, making each visit a pleasure. The facility was super clean, and the loading bays were excellent. Whenever I needed a cookie, there was one waiting in the office along with a friendly smile and coffee from the staff. Signing up and canceling the service was a breeze, thanks to their efficient process. The security provided, including an onsite staff member at all times, made me feel confident that my belongings were safe. For the level of service and security, the price was just right. We've moved on to our next phase, but I couldn't recommend North Vancouver Maple Leaf Storage more highly.

I went there for the first time and I had lots of questions, but the store manager Neeta was very helpful and professional. She kindly answered everything I asked, and showed me around with detail explanation. So now I am very familiar with their facility and able to use it without further question. Neeta's customer service was A+ and because of her, I won't go any other storage facility from now on. The location of the facility is very good and close to major roads. Their building is very clean and secured. Their elevator, cage, floor are decent and everything seems like well-maintained and cared. I will refer here to all my friends and family who need a storage.
