Not secure, items stolen

My family member rented a locker from here and we stored our stuff together. The storage container was broken into and we lost over $20,000 worth of items. Not secure, high value items stolen. Understaffed location

I've found all the staff (including Ruben, Sachini, and James) to be courteous, helpful, and professional.

I was extremely pleased with my recent experiences at Maple Leaf's Wall Street Self Storage. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They seemed to know just when help was needed, and they were there! The equipment is excellent for using the facility. There is lots of parking space.
