We needed storage in the lower mainland and looked at a number of alternatives. We wanted a storage facility that could accept our furniture deliveries and have a space for us to store a vehicle. We spoke to a # of storage properties and then spoke with Tracy of Maple Leaf Storage in Vancouver and realized we may have found our storage property. When we arrived at Maple Leaf Storage at Boundary and First it was obvious we had. Tracy was even better in person, and the facility was spotless, well organized and actually perfect. Khushi is the best of the best. I lost my credit card and the auto-payment I had set up with it didn’t go through. I was worried that a late penalty would be charged, but she relieved me first and then explained the late fee procedure very clearly. She was attentive and also professional.
