Not secure, items stolen

My family member rented a locker from here and we stored our stuff together. The storage container was broken into and we lost over $20,000 worth of items. Not secure, high value items stolen. Understaffed location

I've found all the staff (including Ruben, Sachini, and James) to be courteous, helpful, and professional.
