Clumsy at first, It was very hot weather. Its a new thing for me. But I think I'm getting it, how things work around the storage facility.

Our unit at the Coquitlam maple self storage was completely decimated by rats! Costing thousands of dollars of damages! The management at the facility is completely irresponsible and arrogant, totally mismanaged!! Stay away from this facility if you value your goods!

The staff are very kind and accomodating vety approachable, the place is clean and tidy.And the staff always offer coffee water and cookies.

Our contents were easily accessible whenever we needed them, thanks to the convenient business hours. The staff at the facility were very accommodating - especially Myrtle and provided great customer service. Overall, I highly recommend this self storage facility for its excellent security, accessibility, and friendly staff.
