I’ve had a unit at Wall Street location for more than a year. I’m extremely satisfied with the levers of care and professionalism offered here. The staff are more than amazing. They’re polite, professional, helpful and extremely caring. They’re efficient and and always offer best. I really cannot find best words to describe how satisfied I am with the staff and the quality of care. But I want to tell all the staff at Wall Street location; thank you very much for all the help. The storage experience was good. The exception is when I finally brought my sofa bed to my new apartment I opened the mattress up to find rat poop pellets on top on the mattress protector. I ended up having to throw away the mattress and the sofa to the dump.

I used Maple Leaf in Royal Vista when moving from the UK to Calgary. They were very helpful and got me set up right away, assisted when my storage was eventually too small, the cancellation was also easy and there was no "hard sale" either. Recommend them highly!
