Clean，convenience, great customer service.

Very professional and friendly customer service personnel. They were very helpful and gracious , my rent was 2 days over and they didn’t charge me for it at my departure. Unit I rented was very clean and I was very impressed with how easily you access the building and even easier to access your unit. Overall great experience. Thank you maple leaf Port Coquitlam.

Always good service. Burnaby site was older and kind of funky, but definitely functional and secure. Coquitlam site near Schoolhouse Road seems newer and nicer, even a real door on our unit. Is clean and convenient.

Over all, fantastic. The steel plating on the ground outside the elevator can make it difficult to get a cart in. You need a running start for bigger loads, which is a pain for items that are difficult to keep balanced. There's also a large moving van parked next to the keypad for the exit gate, which makes it difficult to pull up close enough to the keypad to push the buttons without exiting the vehicle. This should be moved to a different stall, and the stall closest to the keypad reserved for shorter vehicles. Also saw someone bringing in propane tanks at one point, which can be dangerous in an enclosed environment. Not sure what can be done about that.
