The customer service was the best part about this storage facility. From signing the rental contract, to terminating and vacating the unit. Friendly and helpful staff and they took the time to explain everything so clearly. The facility was super clean and accessible and always felt very safe!

We were very happy with the Maple Leaf Storage experience. The buildings are, safe and secure, the staff friendly and accommodating.

Always such friendly and helpful service and the facility is kept tidy and clean.

I’m looking for storage in Calgary which has dozens of storage facilities. Because this site requires me to fill out a form before I can see the cost I just moved on to the next business. I don’t have time to fill out forms and sit around waiting to hear back. I’m also not interested in my information in the files of a company that could possibly snap me constantly with their advertising long after I’ve chosen another storage unit. I’m not saying this company would do that but I would be silly to assume no company would do that. I know it’s a bit ridiculous that I’m now giving my email to write this , but after several places using this sales tactic I thought I would respectfully make someone aware that they may be loosing out on clients. Maybe you have decided that you gain more buy people who don’t like to say no after personal communication but I don’t think so. I will not be one of those people, please do not use my personal email to contact me , I will not respond. I do hope this is met with the best intentions it was written with. Thank you
