The whole process was handled so that it felt effortless. Over the phone the customer service team worked out the best arrangement for me personally and then in person at Calgary - Country Hills with Cindy was a blessing. She was so personable and helpful. She clearly explained the entire process, charges, my agreement and even personally showed me how to work the gate as I was having trouble.
