A weekly visit atleast. Always kind and friendly staff! Excellent kept and clean facility. With coffee and baked goods sometimes available!

I have been with Maple Leaf Storage since 1989 December. I don't ever remember having a problem. The staff are friendly & professional... the site is well lit, safe and well cared for. It is relatively close to my residence. The only thing I would like to critique is their method of payment which they recently changed. You have to pay directly or do it by credit card..I would rather have it directly come out of my bank. No cheques or cash money is accepted anymore. However, it is overall a good company, rates are comparable. And they have candy & pens!!!

Access to elevators and storage units excellent. Access to loading bay is mostly OK however there have been many times when there have been large trucks parked loading or unloading and they seem to think they are the only people in the world making passage a challenge. Too bad that there is no roof over the loading bay..........would make things a lot easier and more pleasant in liquid sunshine downpours. Staff always availible and ready to help

When we were on the hunt to rent a temporary storage locker for our belongings, we contacted the commercial drive location( after looking at 3 different facility locations in our area ) and were invited down for a tour of the facility. We met with Bill who was very knowledgeable about the building, locker sizes, pricing, building features, rules, etc. We were very impressed that this location was the only drive- in locker facility for the lower mainland which was a huge bonus as this meant our items would stay dry when moving into the building!! Security was also impressive with the amount of cameras, motion sensors, etc- this building is like Fort Knocks. We liked that the building was also temperature controlled. The amount of dollies that were always available to move our belongings. The polite and always willing to help staff; the list goes on and on with positivity. We highly recommend this location forever more, you won’t be dissatisfied. We feel like we are leaving a family. The staff always had goodies for our kids when we visited the office and were always treated with tons of respect. At one point we downsized our locker, and it was a quick process. Billing was always easy. And our move out was just as smooth. Like I said we are sad to go, but forever greatful for the wonderful experience with maple leaf storage and staff. Your in great hands with this location
