Easy to work with staff who are both knowledgeable and friendly

Excellent customer service. The staff was very thorough and put us at ease with their tour of the facility and answers to all our security questions. The facility itself is well organized and clean. Great experience thus far.

We are an agency renting remotely and had a wonderful experience with Maple Leaf Storage. They were easy to get a hold of, always helped with deliveries, and were very prompt with responses. I also had an issue with FedEx at the facility and they pulled all the security footage and helped me deal with the issue very quickly. Very impressed! Would recommend.

I have been & continue to be a very satisfied tenant of the Maple Leaf Storage facility at 250 Taylor Way, West Vancouver since 2011. During that time I have had occasion to lease various unit sizes and have found staff to be very pleasant to deal with and most helpful in accommodating my needs. The facility is well maintained with clean public areas.
