The unit had some cobwebs and didn’t seem like it was cleaned out recently. The employee couldn’t get their lock of the unit, kept getting lost trying to find my unit, needed to wait for the other employee working to be off the phone before we could continue. So lots of waiting around. The actual storage was fine, nothing was stolen. On my way out one of the employees made a rude comment to me which definitely makes me want to look elsewhere next time.

Very convenient location and access. I rented a storage unit for 3 months while I moved and reno'd. I could drive right upto the unit and it also helped save time for the movers. Top it all, dealing with the staff was a breeze - Kelly the Manager and Jeremy.
