Amenities are lacking and staff have a weird vibe these days

We have rented storage facilities before in other cities but this Maple Leaf Storage operation is the best one we have ever experienced. The place is always clean and we frequently see cleaners going around picking up while we are there. There's an impressive security system in use and we have never seen anyone suspicious on the premises. There are always carts available and we have never had to wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator. The staff is helpful, friendly, and very professional. We have changed lockers three times now as our needs have grown, and each time the staff has been very helpful: showing us potential new spaces, explaining the cost differences, and helping us make the most economical choice for our needs. The only downside to this place is that it could be a little closer to our home. ;) As storage goes, in my experience, this place is as good as it gets.

Clean, organized, and easily accessible. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Not sure about the pricing, but it's a decent facility, I'd store my own things there if I needed to
