Cathy at the front desk was EXCELLENT with all the information and documentation to get my storage unit set up! Cathy has AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and she is such a great person to represent your company! The Storage Unit/building is super clean and well set up!

Impressed right from the beginning! Folks got back to me on a spot for our small RV right away, Gave me a walk through of the facility (wish our house was this clean!) and provided me with a thorough overview of what to do when parking there. Security looked good! What impressed me the most was how helpful they were and their high level of customer service. Absolutely great! Thanked me for my business and even sent a thank you card in the mail!
