Excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door. Tracy was great and very helpful and I feel comfortable storing my belongings. I will recommend this location to my collegues and friends

Only complaint: should be open for access at least several more hours past 8pm if not 24 hours!

The storage is clean organize and all staff is kind and they behaviours are polite

The management team is very professional, especially Henry, who is very responsible and friendly to each guest. Every time he asked for help, he was very enthusiastic.
