So far so good. Received excellent customer service. Locker was cleaned before it was given to us. They have locks and other packing supplies. They have clear concise instructions. I am satisfied.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I like the fact that this facility is brand new!

Tim went above and beyond to help find us a storage unit that he didn't have available when I needed, he found me one at the coquitlam location. Well done !

My first encounter at the reception was with Cindy Wice, who was awesome. She explained everything in detail and showed me a couple of different storage unit sizes. She later offerred to lend me a lock and printed a map of how to get to my chosen unit in the building. All my visits have been good too, especially with the first load, when I could not get the key to work. Very helpful staff.

Always friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and dry.
