Front end staff are amazing. Felt like family every visit. I even introduced my mom and sister when they stopped by to help unload some items. Made the process very easy and smooth even though it was a stressful time for me. Price was good, because I booked online the unit was a bit far away but that’s the only thing that was not great with my experience. Have referred a couple people since then.

The staff who attended to us was very helpful and the explaination on the procedures and conditions for renting a storage space was very well delivered. The staff are very friendly. We are very please with the security arrangements of the storage and we felt comfort for putting our stuff there. The storage space and the area are clean and tidy. Overall, a very good experience for the services provided.
