Henry has been very helpful in my past four years' storing with Maple Leaf Richmond. One lady staff, Carolyn/Caralyn is not giving me the correct information that I want.

facilities were clean, easy to get to my locker. but most importantly, the staff was helpful, walked me to my locker, explaining how everything worked with getting in and out. with a warning of what would happen if we stayed later than 8:30 pm which was great information. thank you
