I have dealt with other companies in the past. However this location is out standing. The facility is immaculate and the customer service is above average. All my clients that I have referred have also been impressed with their experience. Five stars across the board.

Very helpful

We have been long time clients of Maple Leaf Storage starting from 2001 when we sold our house in Coquitlam. We moved to Whistler and stored our furniture and belongings for at least 10 years in your Lougheed Highway location, and later in your False Creek location for another 5 years till 2016. We moved back to an apartment in Coquitlam in 2021 and decided to store excess items in your storage unit, mainly because we saw your advertisement about the 2nd month being free. Unfortunately when we signed up to rent the unit we were told the special offer did not apply to our chosen unit, as it applied only to the least popular units. It made me feel that it was false advertisement. It would be better if the advertisement actually specified the qualified units, so there would be no misunderstanding. Had I known, I would have shopped around and compared prices. Thought you should know that even a loyal customer could be disappointed with this kind of false impression.
