Recently I wrote a review that depicted my frustration. I did not expect Maple Leaf Storage to call me and apologize, so I can confidentially say that their customer service was appreciated. I will give them the whole 5 star because they continue to impress me. I would definitely recommend this storage to friends and family. Great job Maple Leaf Storage

At first everything was great. Good service and the place is clean. Until I checked out, that's when I noticed the missing bags of expensive purses, shoes, boots, clothes - some clothes I had were brand new. Also, the charge went from the awesome deal of forty nine dollars a month and jumped to a whopping one hundred and sixty dollars. It was a few months later and when I was ready to get my belongings out when I received a letter in the mail stating my rent will go up to one forty two! Meaning I was being gouged twenty dollars for all these months. When I called the guy said it was for insurance after a long pause over the phone. The insurance covers nothing and I am out lots of belongings and money! Watch everything you do here.

I was surprised to the affordable storage price, I took the opportunity to rent one. I could not store things as quick as I l wanted but when I did, I encountered a problem. There was a yellow lock on my storage unit. I expected it to be left open until I could get store things. Im so upset because I spent money and time to get someone to move my property. Disappointed right now but I cannot complain about the affordable price.
