The staff are friendly and the facility is clean and tidy. I have used this company on and off for some years and have always felt the staff did a good job. However, I must say that myself along with many others during COVID lost our income or our income was greatly reduced. It seemed that many companies were finding ways to help their customers meet their financial obligations. Maple leaf storage did nothing to help. I think they said if you get a friend to store there, they'll give you 25 break on your locker. Kind of a joke.

Staff are all really helpful and enjoyable to chat with, got some good music recommendations as a bonus. The building is tidy and we'll maintained and seems well secured, access was always easy. No complaints whatsoever, have recommended to friends several times.
