All the staff gave exemplary customer service. They always responded promptly to my questions and were friendly and professional. I was also really impressed with the level of service upon first renting the locker and signing the contract, with being shown around the facility and how to use the ladders. To be honest, I wasn’t looking for excellent customer service in this scenario - I just wanted to store my stuff! But actually it did make a difference to me, because of course I was storing my possessions and that extra level of professionalism on their part made me feel more secure.

Chris and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful right from the first phone call to enquire about the facility. Since it was only a month old everything is still very clean and not all banged up. Being able to load and unload right inside the facility is a huge plus in our rainy and sometimes cold climate. The security that controls locker entry and the codes required for entry to and exit from the facility is excellent. It is the best storage facility we have ever used and have told many friends and family and our Realtors about it.

The Ladies at the Langley store are great, friendly and were able to provide me with emergency storage as on the day of our move, we had too much stuff and needed another room. Thank you so much!
