Our experience was great with staff and the facility. The only thing I would mention is that more often than not, people loading and unloading there are not wearing masks.

We are storing our RV at this location and are extremely pleased with the management of the facility, the cleanliness, and the security provided. The manager was very accommodating and facilitated temporary storage until a full time placement was available. We highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage Richmond!

Henry is quick and efficient. He is great at anticipating customer needs. When I want something or need assistance he is there to guide and show me my options. His customer skills are outstanding! Very pleased!
