Very easy registration/rental process and convenient access to the locker.

Not having used storage before I found the people extremely helpful, polite and patient. A great team. The premises were clean and left me feeling that my belongings were safe and secure. Thank you.

Customer service is excellent. I always get an answer right away if I have any questions. Access is straightforward and the units are clean. I like how there is a dolly always ready by the elevator. I do notice an issue with mice, but then I guess that's hard to avoid these days.
