Excellent!

Well organized and clean. Liked the fact that staff clean doors and handles 4 times a day with disinfectant. Friendly and efficient and covid-aware. One suggestion for the office during this covid-19 time: get a tap-type card reader so people don't have to insert their card and touch buttons to buy something.

Everyone there is very kind and friendly. They take care of you and very helpful. I also like they’re pricing and promotions

I was a customer at the 250 Taylor Way location in West Vancouver almost since it opened 15 years ago. I have always found the facility to be clean, quiet and accessible whenever I needed to get in. Parking was always available and with the three bays, I never had to wait to get in. Most recently, my interactions with the store manager, Chris Wasney, and one of his employees, John were great. If I was ever again in need for storage space, I would immediately head back to the Taylor Way location to see if they could accommodate me once again!

The staff has been great helpful and courteous. The facility is very clean and pleasant to be in.
