My experience renting a unit here was very accessible & accommodations were amazing. I originally use centennial storage but when I needed this space it was a Sunday and no one was available there to rent to me , maple leaf was open and happy to let me have access the min we did paper work ! It made my work very easy. At the end of my stay I misread the vacate agreement and would have been stuck with paying an extra month but we were able to come to agreement and I was very satisfied! I would definitely rent here again

Dear Meth San, My father and sister came to Canada last year for a 6 month English class.I hope you remember my father because he don’t know any English words, only Japanese and he is not very good at computer and phone as well. He said you are the kindest person in Vancouver and helped him to get storage locker and was very patient. We want to thank you for taking care of my father and taking extra time to use translation app on your phone to translate the paper works to my dad and thank you again for explaining everything and being very clear and direct to me on the phone. Thank you again for taking time to download Google translation app in my father phone and it helped him to manage and communicate other things in Vancouver as well. We have not received this type of exceptional customer service from anyone and my dad would always tell my sister to always be patient and listen and give the best solution like Meth San did. Your patience and explanation and time taken to go through every detail not once but twice or thrice is very much appreciated by us since it was very stressful time for all of us.
