The staff who attended to us was very helpful and the explaination on the procedures and conditions for renting a storage space was very well delivered. The staff are very friendly. We are very please with the security arrangements of the storage and we felt comfort for putting our stuff there. The storage space and the area are clean and tidy. Overall, a very good experience for the services provided.

Pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service. I called their Yaletown location and the phone person told me about Commercial location being cheaper and told me about their current deals. Yaletown location offered free cookies and coffee, complementary Dolly’s and rollers to use. Best storage experience

The only difficulty was choosing the size of locker we needed, the wife chose correctly. Everything we needed was there from the carts to move the items to boxes. Access was easy to the site and the locker, I also liked to security of the lockers.
