I have found the rates reasonable. It's the best price I found in the city for a storage locker and the staff is very helpful and courteous. It is also a very clean.

Amazing Staff who are always very helpful & friendly! Extremely secure, clean, & easy access. Very convenient as there are elevators and lots of dollies to move items. Would highly recommend MLSS to anyone who needs storage.

The facility is clean and safe. Staff are friendly and willing to assist as needed. Unfortunately, the rates have been rising on a yearly basis. Four stars!

The first contacts with staff were excellent, so it was an easy decision to choose Maple Leaf over their competition. The storage is clean, well maintained and has tight security. Make sure you know how everything will work when you first create an account, particularly if you will be away in a foreign country. Challenges can be difficult to resolve remotely.
