Appreciated the thorough customer service from Bill. The fact that he talked me through everything with a friendly & informative personal phone call definitely made me choose MLS over other options. I didn't feel rushed by the process, everything was very clear, and the customer service team makes it clear that they are there to help, not just to take your payment. In addition the space is clean and well lit. The referrals to reliable movers was also very helpful.

So far we have found the facility well cared for and storage access is pretty darn easy. Our only concern surrounds the exit access. It can be difficult to leave when there are larger vehicles impeding the exit or when a storage area is over capacity and creates obstructions for exit traffic.

The facility is very clean and secured and conveniently accessible for in and out storage shuffling. We stored our personal positions as we sold our house and our downsized new place will not be completed until Jan 2019 and we need to access at anytime some of our needs every now and then.
