I've been using Maple Leaf Storage, RICHMOND for over 20 years. This location is situated in a quiet area and easy access location. Their services has been improved quite a lot from time to time particularly in the last few years. They well keep the premises particularly clean & tidy. The store manager, Henry is very helpful and detail oriented in assisting their customers. You can always address him your concerns and needs and he can take care of you more than your expectations. I've referred a number of customers to use Maple Leaf Storage in Richmond and they're all very happy about their services. I certainly will continue referring my customers to use their services and even someone I don't know in Facebook which I've suggested in two months ago. Good job Henry! Trust me, I'm their long term customer JANET!

We were able to snag one in the right size (but not particularly where we wanted) but we went on a wait list for a bigger one as we had more stuff going in eventually and they were able to make it happen and it's so much better. Staff is sooooo friendly and helpful! Website makes it easy to pay online too. Very happy with our choice here!!

I have been storing my business inventory with Maple Leaf Storage in Poco since August and the experience has been amazing. Not only is the staff very nice and helpful, the facility is EXTREMELY clean, which is really important to me as I need to store items that are sold regularly. There is really great lighting and the carts for taking things in and out are really helpful. Very happy that I decided to store with them and would highly recommend to anyone needed storage.

I was unsure about using a storage company. When I went to Maple Leaf I found the staff very helpful and not pushy. I find everything well run, the grounds are clean. Everything in my locker is very safe and dry. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are very well looked after.

The service has been very good and is friendly and accommodating. The pricing recently went up with little advance notice to a point on the higher side of local competition, but the premises are clean and secure. The lack of direct debit or automated billing is the only point of complaint I would have. Having to pay the same bill every month through a glitchy online system and then in person when it doesn't work is inconvenient and should not be in today's business technology.
