I had a really pleasant experience renting this storage unit for 10 months. It was my first time renting storage, so I was a bit nervous at first, but all the staff members were sincere, responsive, and very helpful whenever I had questions. I rented an upper unit with a balcony since it was more affordable than the ground-level ones. It turned out to be a great choice — I rented for a longer period and quickly got used to going up and down the stairs. Toward the end of my rental, I stopped by often to clear out my unit and interacted with one of the staff members, Meth, who was always kind and thoughtful. He even lent me a lock when I needed mine elsewhere and offered cookies and bottled water for me and my friend after we finished moving everything out. It was such a warm, family-like experience — I actually felt a bit sad to leave! Thank you very much for the wonderful service.

Tracey and Chris are phenomenal. I couldn't be more happy. They helped me out when I was in a tight pinch and made every process smooth. Customer service is amazing and the facility is a clean and organized. I recommend them to anyone that needs storage space whether it's for business or personal.
