So there's this old woman that literally lives at the storage and she has the worst attitude, from the beginning it was just snotty. I never did anything to this woman. why give customers this attitude of 'oh you're using a storage', as if in a bad way. I cannot use any of the outlets, as they are all locked. * I supposedly had this locker since the beginning of my move, which over was over a month ago, and they have billed me since then, from over a month ago.** I also just moved in less then a week ago. **. I had to upgrade my locker though. they moved me to Top level, and TO THE FARTHEST SIDE of the building. Like... Omg what is wrong some people. I'm just trying to live, and it's the inconsiderate people like who work here that should be careing about its customers in EVERY WAY about the storing of their belongings. the storage is where we store stuff. WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN YOUR DON'T HAVE A HOME AND YET YOU NEED TO STORE THINGS IN ORDER TO GET OR EVEN FILL A HOME THAT BE CAN BE YOURS. EVERYBODY USES THE STORAGE FOR DIFFERENT THINGS.. AND WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT STORIES.... DON'T JUST JUDGE A PERSON... ***MYB MY BUISNESS THAT I'M TRYING TO GAIN AND ACCOMPLISH IS BEING PUT ON HOLD BECAUSE OF JEALOUSY AND INCONSIDERATION OF OTHERS, and this woman, who LIVES at the storage, is telling me I can't do my JOB AND even try to accomplish something to help me pull out of this rut. I'm done with the neglect and judgment that these workers who run the front desk, have towards there customers. I haven't been nothing but nice but also moving is a Hassle and can be very hard for a person, who isn't going to be mad in some moving situations, bye I was never rude or ignorant as they were to me... Like I'm trying to be nice with them, but nope. They ALL have this snotty look on there face and a REALLLY bad attitude. I'm like, what am I doing to make them come and check up and snoop, essentially on at what I have. I'm not breaking the rules, I've read all rules through and through. Let's see what happens next....

Significantly more expensive than other storage facilities in Richmond. I was a customer for 5 years. Every year the rent would go up. I’m not sure why it costs more? I couldn’t get a good answer. Was able to find a place for half the price and left.

Rhonda helped by explaining the optional insurance program , so that I could understand it better . Mark suggested , I might want to look at a larger unit that was easier for me to access . Overall , a GREAT customer service experience .................
