Outstanding experience with Maple View in West Vancouver. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and secure, giving me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are stored there.

I’ve been at this locker since about 2020-2021 ish was when I started. Had no problems until just recently. I go to renew my credit card on file and to check out my locker. I come to my locker being infected with mice. There is literally mouse poop and pee all over my belongings and inside my boxed of baby clothes and adult clothes and kitchen items (dishes, Tupperware containers). All over my couch and my night stand. All over the place was covered with mouse poop and pee. All I got out of it was an apology for having to toss out 90% of my belongings in my storage locker. I know you sow boys will say “why not clean it”. Why would you want to clean it and risk getting sick, it’s disgusting. I only managed to save the couple things in bins and some boxes covered by blankets and that’s it. I’m lucky I left because they wanted to raise my rent on the locker too this month. I spoke to two others in the storage and they said they had mice problems too and that the staff were giving out mouse traps for anyone asking. I talked to the staff yesterday to voice my concerns and they said there was nothing they can do about mice inside lockers. They said other people might be bringing food items in or leaving the bay doors open and that’s what is bringing mice inside. I had no food inside my locker and I was on the 3rd floor of the building. My last visit was only a couple months back and I had no issues until yesterday’s visit. I don’t know what’s going on but maybe proceed with caution.
