The promotion they had was good but the warmth of the customer service made the difference and I immediately went over to sign up and get the keys to my storage unit. The process was simple and easy and I got the keys to my storage unit in less than 30 minutes. I highly appreciate the assistance provided to me during the end of my rental of the storage unit; the storage unit team responded to my email on the same day and provided extra days at no charge given my situation as I was not able to return to Vancouver from overseas. This shows that the business truly cares for its customers and made a huge difference to me. I will highly recommend this storage space to my friends and family!
