Staff were consistently helpful, kind and responsive. The units (I started with a large to store all my belongings for a month & then downsized on move in to an apartment) were clean and easy to access with parking and ease of keypad entry. We were very happy with the upkeep of the facility.

This facility is spotless. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Upon entering the building we were offered a coffee or bottled water, which was much appreciated. I was impressed with the wide ground unloading entrance doors and a multitude of wheeled dolly carts available to use. Upon returning home I received an e-mail that I did not properly secure my lock on the door. This meant anyone could open it. I was now at home in Abbotsford B.C. and my chances of going back to the locker right away, was impossible. Therefore with my permission they cut my lock and installed one of their spare locks for me. Which I sincerely appreciate. All said, it was a very pleasant experience using their extremely clean storage facilities. I would give a 5+.
