We have been searching for a clean and reliable parking space for our travel trailer. Our first visit here was on May 23rd. Logan was very professional and efficiently toured us around the facility with a golf cart. He thoroughly explained to us about their available options, terms and requirements. After we left, Logan followed through by emailing us our reservations and details about their promotions. He also responded to our email inquiries diligently. We finally went back today with more questions and Logan patiently addressed our concerns. Despite he was the only one on duty today with many customers in line, Logan managed to prioritize and handle all our requests competently. Although the rent cost is quite steep for us relative to other options in town, we still chose to rent the unit here due to their tidy environment and high quality service. Maple Leaf Self Storage is lucky to have Logan at the Richmond location and he totally deserves a raise!

I greatly appreciated the courtesy and service provided by Maple Leaf Storage- Commercial. Taryn and Samantha are caring, service-centered Customer Service Reps. In addition, I particularly wish to recognize Samantha for her excellent support in the registration process and for the facility orientation. I must state that this storage facility was the absolute best one I have used in both Canada and the USA. It is impeccably clean, well organized, environmentally comfortable and insect free.
