The staff is friendly courteous, the lockers are clean and while secured. The difficulty hears is extremely hot inside is the ventilation is horrendous, and a lot of times you're going to see people working in their storage units and in the walkways using the space as an office as opposed to a storage unit. And unfortunately the accessibility hours are very minimal. The prices are mid-range, as there is cheaper and there is more expensive. But what you're paying for is good service. However unfortunately they also accompanied that forces costs on you which other places do not force on you. They have a lot of surprise costs which will they will throw at you throughout the time that you are there which is what happened to me unfortunately.

This was my first experience renting storage. The staff were very good to deal with. The unit was clean and suit my purpose very well. Access was secure but convenient. If I ever need to use a storage locker again, this will be where I go.

Great facility with outstanding staff who go above and beyond — more than just storage, they truly care about people. Service like this is unforgettable, there is no where else I’d be going in the area for storage. Highly recommend!

From start to finish to the last possible moment, the staff at West Van Maple Leaf Storage have been truly exceptional. I’ve been on a moving rollercoaster with no off switch for the last year and these guys have been with me every step of the way. In a difficult and emotional time, they treated me with genuine care, kindness, and respect. Chris, Sonja and Danial all went out of their way at some point to make sure I felt supported, offering not only great service but also compassion and humanity that you don’t often see in business these days. The facility is excellent, but it’s the people who make it outstanding. Hats off to a company who still prides themselves on maintaining a top notch facility with excellent staff!
