Approached the gate after hours, because I was told over the phone they'd let me in, and I was surrounded by an old white violent man that is responsible for after hours, he was rude and very aggressive, I had to leave for my safety despite being given the green light by the personelle the phone

We’ve had various storage lockers at this location while living in the neighbourhood for several years and they’ve always been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Highly recommended for any storage needs!

Facility is great, but price is steep. Unreasonably high rent increases and now an extra $15/month for insurance is making me consider a move. Update - one month later and 10% rent increase notice ☠️ 18 months ago my rent before tax was $299. It is now $420 pre tax with the new insurance cost. That is an absolutely insane increase and I will be arranging to move soon in anticipation of more unreasonable increases. Edit : they have worked with me on price and I will be sticking around. At least during the 6 months I have a discount. The facility and staff are great, my only gripe is price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clint specifically was very clear, easygoing, and professional, which made my experience with Maple Leaf Storage much better. Overall, I had a smooth and positive experience.
