Absolutely best and most friendly staff. Everytime i come in the ladies at the front desk like Kathy and Cindy are so nice. The storage unit facility is always so clean and although it is busy at times , I always have access without any issues. 5 stars all the way

Huge shout out to Tracy Watson for helping me deal with a potential issue that could have lead to us to leaving Maple Leaf for another storage company. We love the facility here in Vancouver/Burnaby border. It's clean, spacious, and the covered and gated loading bay is a godsend. The quality of their storage units is top notch too. Super clean and individually monitored. Look at the picture I included for reference. The only reason we were considering moving to another storage company was due to some financial hardship we were experiencing. At first I didn't bother bringing it up with Maple Leaf Storage because I didn't think they could do anything about it (that's what I thought when briefly talking to am employee but it turns out they were just a temp.) Along comes Tracy and wow, was I blown away at the customer service, especially in this case, where I've been with Maple Leaf for so long. She treated me like a valued customer, which is something rare to find these days. I don't know if Maple Leaf Self Storage reads online reviews, but I hope they do, because she deserves praise for how she took care of our situation.
