My phone was stolen out of my vehicle while I was upstairs in the storage unit. My vehicle was behind their gate that you have to put a password in in the loading zone. They knew who took my phone, they should have either paid me for the phone or charged the other customer for it! Why did it have to come out of my pocket? Be very careful when using this facility!! Your things are not even secure even behind secured gates

Mid December 2023 I needed a storage unit on short notice, I have used this facility in 2020 and was amazing to deal with so decided to reach out. Both lovely amazing ladies in the office provided superior service, made my difficult move into a smiley one. I love how the facility is very clean and good security, has the dollies and flat beds to help you bring all to your unit. I made sure to bring them my peanut butter balls on the day of taking use of my unit as they are really that kind and down to earth good heart people.
