I am very happy with the service at the Highway 1 Location, the woman who got my locker set up for me was incredibly thorough, helpful, and transparent. Their phone service is fast, well informed, and serviceable. They also gave me a few days grace period to get my items out before my move which was really appreciated. It’s a bit expensive but so is everything else in Vancouver! I felt super safe and secure leaving my things there.

I mean, what kind of storage facility offers you coffee?! The place itself is clean, warm and secure. Absolutely recommend them.
