This experience has been hands down, the best storage + customer service I have ever had. Henry was attentive, considerate and knowledgable. I had been looking at a few places, but decided on Maple Leaf because Henry and the staff were top notch.

I had received great service when I reached out to the office and inquired about storage availability. Store manager Henry and his staff Cooper were able to secure a large size storage for me just a day before my move. They are extremely helpful and they explained all the rental terms and rules very clearly and in a very good manner. Highly recommended staff!

The facility is very well-maintained and they are doing a great job to keep it clean and safe during the pandemic. I've stored things at many other facilities before and this one is the driest and best-lit of any of them. Henry's help was especially appreciated after a chaotic cross-border move.
