So I am happy with my experience, except Early on decided to reserve a locker at the new capilano location because it was going to be ready in just a couple of weeks. This was several months ago. One month ago I couldn't carry with stuff piling up so I rented a small locker at the Taylor way location. Now I understand the the capilano location will be ready soon (again). I thought I could move in immediately when ready and credit the portion of monthly rent not used from the small locker when I transferred over. This I was told wouldn't happen because they are separate entities. Anyway, this isn't a good or smart business practice. The people I worked with were nice and I like the facility, but I was misled (maybe unknowingly) about when the capilano location would be ready. I accept this, but but double dipping from me because of something not in my control really needs to be addressed. Thanks Al Carriveau

Clean and helpful

Great place for storage. Very clean, very accessible and safe and the staff are super responsive and very helpful!! We had an excellent experience with Maple Leaf and highly recommend it to all.
