I've used this facility multiple times over the years for my storage needs. Very secure, clean facility and friendly staff.

The best storage facility renting from and I've tried quite a few. Really helpful and friendly crew here in Burnaby. This is a new building with 5 floors and is very well designed for easy access. Large carts available and large elevators. Easy parking at the large indoor parking with room to back up a trailer and clearance for large vans. Top notch security at the doors and elevators. Special lock design on lockers adds security. If you've got things you really want to preserve this is a top choice. Nicely climate controlled. Thanks to the staff for all the help.

Used this facility for around 20 years. Always clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Easy access in and out from Mary Hill Bypass. Always felt save, never nervous about going alone or late evenings. Liked having music playing in the hallway.
