Have been with them for several years, and they provide quality service, friendly staff, secure facility with a great location just off the highway. Would definitely recommend!

I rented a locker in November 2021 intending to move out 6 - 12 months later. When I went to move my furniture out in February 2023, I was shocked to find mice droppings all over my furniture. A lot of my furniture was wrapped in moving blankets provided by the moving company I had hired. But the larger items (sofa and mattresses etc.) Were wrapped in plastic. I found that mice had eaten through my sofa from the bottom as I found urine stains around a hole in the sofa base. I did not have any food stored in my unit only wood furniture and upholstered furniture. The company would not compensate for my damages. Most of my upholstered furniture was either damaged or infested with droppings. Mark who works in the office was sincerely regretul of my situation and offered to move me into another unit but I would have to move my things myself. So on top of incurring the loss of my sofa, mattresses and arm chairs I would need to hire a moving company to move the remaining furniture that was " salvageable". All at my own expense. Adding insult to injury, the company said they could only offer me a $25.00 discount for the next 2 months of rent. My furniture that was destroyed was custom made even though they were 8 years old were in very good condition. They told me that I would have to make an insurance claim on my own but everyone knows insurance companies do not offer coverage for rodent damage. Hard lesson I learned is never store furniture (especially upholstered). This was a terrible and costly experience. I would have been better off selling my furniture for whatever I could get for it than to pay over $500/month for a year and then end up having to throw them out. Small consolation, they did dispose of my damaged furniture. Never again!!
