Long time renter. Went Sunday night and found a pad lock on my locker. Was leaving for a trip next day and unable to access - learned it was an accident my management - no explanation given what why - costs me money to buy new stuff for my trip as management accidentally locked me out and were unwilling to compensate me for the goods I had to buy for a trip - only compensation was $25 which was pathetic (one day no access) but for time / replacement of goods - zero compensation. Employee “felt” I was mad in the convo and wasn’t at all - disappointing interaction and locking me out of my storage with a sorry ? Substandard.

Moved in with no fuss and vacated with no fuss, the staff were very knowledgable, good-spirited and helpful and it made my first time storing at Maple Leaf very memorable.
