My experience has been great! When I first came to look for storage in February I met Bill. He explained everything about the facility, took me for a tour and discussed some issues regarding storage that I would never have thought of. Very professional, informative and kind. I considered myself very lucky to have met someone who really cares about the work he does. I looked no further. This was going to be where I would store my stuff. I was not yet committed to selling my place yet, so I wasn't sure when to start storage. Bill said he would call in a little while to check in with me. True to his word he did. I called back and asked the person who answered the phone to let Bill know that I was no quite ready to sell yet and that I would come by and purchase storage when I knew I was going to sell. That's what I did. I didn't see Bill, but Laurie was there. So I got to meet another wonderful person at Maple Leaf Storage. Laurie and I started to talk about storage. Bill came in so I was lucky enough to have them both there! I'll wrap this up. I got a storage locker. I love your storage facility. It's kept in superb condition, wonderfully clean. I feel that my belongings are absolutely secure. I moved a couple of sentimental things in that I thought I would never be comfortable putting in storage. That's how confident I am in your facility. People make the difference though. I may not have chosen Maple Leaf Storage if Bill hadn't taken the time to make me aware of all the strengths of this facility. Laurie is wonderful too.
