Diane is an amazing manager. The facility is clean and safe. I've been storing my items too long actually but at least there has never been problems with mice like I've experienced at other units.

I recently discovered all my valuable hockey cards were stolen ($80000)from my storage unit here. Either it was an inside job or the unit behind mine climbed through a small 10 inch by 17.5 inch opening between our 2 units. Strangely the staff had informed me years ago that they had accidentally cut my lock off and then provided me a lock from them. Thinking back this could have been when someone kept another key for my unit. How do they accidentally cut off my lock? The response from management when I told them my valuables had been stolen was unprofessional. They asked why I stored such valuable items in there. She said people don’t store valuables in these units.. Then manager said she would review video surveillance when she found time. No urgency or concern. If you store items here do not use the locks they sell. I feel this was an inside theft.
