    Thorough introduction and tour when we first arrived. Premises very clean and displaying an obvious pride in the facility. Convenient loading/parking areas. Tea/coffee and sometimes doughnuts and apples - I can spend the day there!

    I was given expectations and explained how to use the storage facility. A free month is also a bonus, and I have informed my friends that this location is secured and user friendly.
