I've been here twice for packing supplies and they are always friendly, efficient and helpful. They even went out of their way to makeshift a handle for the huge boxes I was taking so I could cary them home more easily (I don't drive). On my second trip, they again made sure I could easily carry stuff home and insisted I take an itemized receipt so that if any of the bags/covers I got didn't work, I could return them. And they suggested items that were the best value for what I needed, held the door so I could easily get out (I am short and could barely see over my stuff, so that little gesture went a long way)...and their prices are great! WAY cheaper than Amazon. Customer experience wasn't top of mind for me when I was looking for packing supplies but I really appreciated it, especially when everything is so chaotic with a move.

i am one of the original renters at this beautiful facility. This place doesn't disappoint. Its always, clean, well maintained and the staff is super friendly. Compared to other storage unit facilities a 5 star review is a no brainer.
