I'm very impressed by the store manager in the West Vancouver facility. This location has great staff, the storage spaces are very clean, and the set up is very user friendly. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Our company has used this facility multiple times over the last several years, and we have never been disappointed. Every interaction has been personable, they've made the paperwork as easy as possible for us, and they've bent over backwards to work with us on moving in/out for type of unit we need, where it's located in the complex, and for the dates we need, even on short notice. Hands down the best experience we've had with a storage company.
